Just like the people I've worked with over the years, you can be nicotine free in one short session. Sessions are personalized just for you and are either individual or for two people who live together or are committed to supporting each other to be remain tobacco free.
Our initial consultation is to answer all your questions and concerns AND to prepare you to be successful. (All skeptics welcome!) We will then schedule your full session for a few days later. I will send you home with a few things to help you prepare to be a nonsmoker. Nothing overwhelming, just some things to make sure your Tobacco Freedom session is successful. I ask that you refrain from using ALL nicotine replacements including Chantix and patches at least a week before you come back.
There are no withdrawal symptoms other than a few days of being tired as your body sheds the nicotine and other harmful chemicals. No anxiety, anger, cravings or other feelings you would normally associate with quitting other ways.
You will not leave my office until we are both convinced you are now a non-smoker.
All I ask is your commitment and intention for your own success. When you do what is suggested before, during and after the session, you will be a nonsmoker for the long term. I do my part. You do yours.
