​About Tobacco Freedom®

Tobacco Freedom® offers only two personalized sessions per day to focus on quality rather than quantity. Sessions are not rushed to meet quotas, nor do they involve entertainment "stage hypnosis." You want results, right?  Average session time is 2 hours.

Quitting nicotine "cold turkey" with willpower alone is often difficult, as willpower varies daily and rarely succeeds against ingrained habits. The subconscious mind, which drives your well-being, can easily overpower conscious will. Many nicotine replacement products claim to be effective but are frequently ineffective or even unsafe.

Personalized Tobacco Freedom® is Integrative Hypnotherapy. Integrative Hypnosis refers to visualization, guided imagery, or subconscious intervention specifically aimed at influencing your mind at the subconscious level. This process involves guiding you into a relaxed yet aware state and can also be used as a therapeutic approach for emotional issues, mental blocks, or habits that may hinder personal goals. It is considered an effective holistic clinical method. A required consultation provides further information about the process. Rather than focusing on increasing resistance to nicotine or tobacco use, Tobacco Freedom®  will eliminate the desire to smoke.  The approach is intended to facilitate changes in thinking patterns regarding tobacco use, with both you and Susan contributing to the process.  

You may think you can't be hypnotized, but everyday activities like crying at movies, listening to meditations, daydreaming, or zoning out while driving are all forms of hypnosis, often called guided imagery or visualization. You enter this state multiple times a day, and you'll experience it during your consult.
