Many of your questions will be answered during our Initial Consult. I'll do my best to answer some of the questions here that I'm asked on a regular basis.
Q. Do I need to have the Initial Consultation?
A. Yes. The consultation is required. There is NO PRESSURE as I don't need to convince you of anything. It's meant to get clear, for both of us, on whether this is the right time for you to leave nicotine behind you. All of your questions will be answered. It will also begin the preparation for your PERSONALIZED session a few days later. Without this crucial preparation, it will be a hit or miss on your results. In fact, I never do a same day quit session. I want you to be successful!

Q. How many sessions does it take to quit my smoking/nicotine habit?
A. ONE. We are together for about 2 hours more or less. I facilitate your success based on my own experience in quitting with hypnotherapy and my 15 years of experience including within the medical and wellness communities.
Anyone who tells you that you need more than one session is not experienced enough to have the experience and knowledge of HOW to facilitate a one session quit. Knowing the right questions to ask will save a lot of time and money.

Q. What is your fee?
A. I've talked to some who charge as much as $3600. Others are only about $100-$200 per session (these often lead to 3 or more sessions) and more than likely aren't successful for the long term.
Anyone who is charging $1000 or more will tell you that you'd spend more than that on cigarettes/nicotine a year. That is true, however, most people can only afford that much at once if they charge to a credit card with high interest. I could easily charge more, but because I worked within the medical wellness community for many years I learned that what I charge shows the value of what you're getting but won't break the bank.
The fee is only $475.00 for one person and $675for two people attending together and are either living together or who will support each other during the transition period. These are the cash/Zelle fee. Add $25 for card payment.

Q. Do you guarantee the results?
A. No. The reasons are that you must be aware there is a transition period and what you choose to do or not do after the session is out of my control. I test you a few times to make sure we're on the right path. At the end of the session I test you one more time. I will say that you won't leave until we're both convinced you are a nonsmoker.
You get out of it what you put into it. I absolutely will do my part. The more honest you are with me, the better. I can say the only people who have gone back to their habit are those that haven't been completely honest about triggers or who have not followed the easy after session suggestions.
Additionally, my certification board does not allow ME to guarantee your long term results under any circumstances. We'll discuss that more during your consult.

Q. Will I have nicotine withdrawal symptoms?
A. NO! There's nothing worse than that in my experience! When you're honest with me about your triggers and habits, I integrate those suggestions into your session. The only withdrawal symptom, if you call it that, may be discovering ways to fill all that free time you used to use while smoking
No nicotine withdrawal symptoms, no anxiety, just the feeling that a weight has been lifted. Breathe and remember...there's always something better to do than poison yourself with nicotine!

Q. What if I do fall back?
A. There is no good reason to ever start again unless you choose to. I don't work with anyone who is not committed to their own success. Your session is PERSONALIZED, which means it's designed around your needs and successful results.
Reasons people choose to fall back are they don't follow the after session suggestions to stay away from previous triggers (alcohol, not having clear boundaries with smokers who are not supportive, etc.) I give you many ways to remain nicotine free including audio reinforcements.
If you need an in person reinforcement, before you use, there is a small fee. If you do choose to use again, the fee will vary. There have only been a handful of people over the past 15 or so years who have started chosen to start again.
