Preparation is KEY to your Success.
I could easily bring you in for a "walk in-walk out" or even a virtual quit session, but I want you to be successful! I've found that those don't get to the core of what is needed for personal long-term success. The Initial Consult begins preparing you for your quit session a few days later.
Fee/Investment
I'm upfront about the process and the fee. I have no hidden fees...period. Beware of anyone who does not list their fee. Unfortunately, I've found that most will be a bait and switch. I want you to trust me.
I know price is important, so take a moment and calculate how much money you spend on your habit each year. What is the cost to your health? The Cash or Zelle discounted fee for your private personalized QUIT session is only $475 for you or $675 for two people attending together. Debit/Credit/HSA fee is $500 or $700. I bring over 15 years of successful professional experience as both an integrative clinical & medical hypnotherapist, addiction coach and a former smoker in both medical and private settings. My intention is to help as many people who want to be healthy again so I keep my fee low! Just imagine what you'll do with all the money you'll save when you are no longer smoking, not just the cost of cigarettes, but the cost to your health, your relationships and to your self-confidence.
I do prefer payment by Zelle or Cash I also accept most HSA Health Savings Cards. Some insurance companies will reimburse you, so you may want to check with them to see if smoking cessation is a reimbursable service. I can also send you a paid invoice to submit for reimbursement. Debit/Credit will incur an additional 3% fee to cover the card transaction fee so I don't have to raise my fees for everyone to cover that loss.
The Tobacco Freedom® Quit Session fee is due in full at the end of your consult to hold your quit session. There are no refunds.
Your initial consultation and your FULL Quit session are all that's needed. There's never a reason to have more than one session.
My professional CODE OF ETHICS - Item 8 - do not allow me to guarantee results. However, I don't work with anyone who isn't prepared for their quit session. I test your results several times during our session and you won't leave until we are both convinced you will leave as a nonsmoker. Feeling as if you've NEVER been a smoker.
Your success depends on your intention AND commitment and your honesty about what might get in the way like alcohol, anxiety, stress, fear of failure, etc., and is addressed during your Consult, the AT HOME Preparations and at your quit session.
When you are honest with me, when you take full responsibility for your continued success and follow my realistic suggestions after the session, you will never need to come back for a reinforcement or a relapse session.
At your Initial Consult you will get to experience the professionalism of what I offer and the healing space I have created for your best experience. I will fully explain the process and make sure you know you can be "hypnotized" which can be reached by anyone. It's just a deeper level than guided imagery or guided meditation, but not as deep as being asleep.
